I truly think it need's to be addressed With out the proper representation the outcome could be devastating and often is It's sad when money stand's in the way of love The system really need's re-evaluation and a special thank's to familyfibre.com for your interest's and concern's on this very important topic Sign me up !!  I too, like many have had my issues with the legal system, so this topic is a very touchy one for me. 
The inability to retain legal counsel and the constant legal aid denials and or approvals where nothing gets done... Couple that with the
 stress involved is absolutely ridiculous and  more often then not the ones that pay for this are the very children we are trying to protect!
The system as is simply does NOT work.  Its about time someone cared enough to finally do something about it.  You have my support!

I randomly found this site almost brought me to tears. To know that i am not alone with my struggle. Ive fought for five years for my son in who i love with all my heart. But cause of how the court system is run he got awarded to someone ONLY cause she was family, had a house and a car. Also paying for her own lawyer.  I dont believe that material things is what created a good house hold.. I stand as a good mother just wanting her boy to come home. Every day i hope for a change in the system so i have a better fighting chance. I am so greatfull just at the sight of someone trying to make a change.
